Tellurium dioxide (TeO2) crystal material

    Tellurium dioxide (TeO2) crystal is a kind of excellent acousto-optic crystal material with high quality factor. It is widely used in acousto-optic deflectors, acousto-optic modulators, acousto-optic harmonizers, acousto-optic filters and tunable filters. The acoustooptic devices made of tellurium oxide have the advantages of high response speed, small driving power, high diffraction efficiency and stable and reliable performance under the same aperture. Therefore, TeO2 crystal is a promising material for acoustooptic devices, especially for acoustooptic modulators and acoustooptic harmonics. It has been widely used in optical computing, optical communication, optical microscopic imaging and other technologies.
